In mixie
2 medium Size cube cut bog onion
Few mint leaves
1 inch ginger
6 to 8 Garlic Gloves
Add water & Grind to a Paste
On pan
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp chilly powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Mix well
4 boiled egg half cut
Fry For a min in low flame
Flip over
Fry For a min & keep Aside
On kadai
2 tsp oil
Add ground paste
Saute well
1 fine chopped small tomoto
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Turmeric powder
Salt
Saute well
2 tsp curd
Mix well
Add water
Boil for 3 min in low flame
Add eggs
Boil for 3-5 min in low flame
Coriander leaves
Mix well & switch off the flame
