1 cleaned kaltafish
Wash well
Add salt
1 tsp - lemon juice
Mix well
Keep aside
On pan
2 tsp - ground nut oil
1 tsp - cumin
1 tsp - fennal
1/4 tsp - pepper
15 Sallots
2 tsp coconut
Saute well
Cool down
Ground to a fine paste
On mud pot
3 tsp - ground nut oil
1/2 tsp - mustard
1/4 tsp - Fenugreek
10 chopped shallots
Few curry leaves
1 medium size chopped tomato
Add salt
Saute well
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp - chilly powder
2 tsp - coriander powder
Saute well
Add ground paste
Add Little water
Mix and saute
Cook for 5 mins in medium flame
Add gooseberry size tamarind water
Cook till oil sepates
Boil till thick consistency
Add fish pieces
Cover and Cook for 10 mins in low fame
Switch off the flame.
