In mixie
2 tbl - sugar
3 - cardamom
Grind to a fine powder
In bowl
1 cup - maida (approx.150g)
Add ground sugar powder
1/4 tsp - Baking soda
Mix well
5 tbl - curd
1/2 tsp - ghee (or oil)
Mix well
Add Little water
Make it sticky thick consistency
Leave it for 30 mins
For Sugar Syrup:
1 cup - sugar
1/2 cup - water
Boil till sticky consistency (5 to 7 min)
Keep aside
Heat oil
Make a round shaped ball and fry
Fry in medium flame
Deep fry till golden brown
Put it hot syrup for 3 mins
