Pepper Chicken Dry | மிளகு சிக்கன் வறுத்துது

Incredients:-
Chicken
Fennel seeds
Pepper
Cumin seeds
Gingelly oil
Shallots
Curry leaves
Salt
Ginger garlic paste
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Water
Coriander leaves

Recipe:-
1 tsp fennal seeds
1 tsp pepper 
1 tsp cumin seeds
Dry Roast for 2 mins in low flame
Grind to a powder

2 tbp gingelly oil
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
150 g finely chopped shallots
Curry leaves
Saute well
Salt
Saute for 2 mins
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Saute till raw smell goes
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Saute well
1/2 kg Chicken
Saute well
Required salt
Add little water
Cover & cook for 20 mins in low flame
Cooked well
Add grinded powder
mix well
Cook for 3 min
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves

Ready to serve.
