Poornam kollukattai


Recipe:-

To Prepare Poornam
Heat pan
1 tsp ghee
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup jaggery
Small pinch cardamom powder
Saute well on low flame for 3 mins
Off the flame and keep aside
 
To Prepare kollukattai
2 cup rice flour
2 cup  hot water
1 tsp ghee
Mix well 
Make it thick consistency
Take a small amount 
Put poornam inside 
Roll and cover
Put it on idly vessel for 9 to 10 mins
Take out from idly vessel and serve
