Baby corn manjuriyan

Recipe:-
15 piece cutted baby corn
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp maida
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red chilly powder
Mix well to coat the baby corn
Add a few drops of water for better coating

Oil for deep frying
Deep fry until crisp and golden brown

2 tsp Oil 
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced capsicum
Saute for 1 min
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp red chili sauce
2 tsp tomoto ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp balck pepper powder
1/4 cup water
Cook for 2 mins

In bowl
1/2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp water
Make a paste of the cornflour and water
Add that in paste 
Add the fried baby corn
Garnish with spring Onion
