Baby corn manjuriyan

Recepie Video link Recipe:- 15 piece cutted baby corn 2 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp maida 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp red chilly powder Mix well to coat the baby corn Add a few drops of water for better coating Oil for deep frying Deep fry until crisp and golden brown 2 tsp Oil  1 tsp finely chopped ginger 1 tsp finely chopped garlic 1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 cup diced capsicum Saute for 1 min 1 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp red chili sauce 2 tsp tomoto ketchup 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp balck pepper powder 1/4 cup water Cook for 2 mins In bowl 1/2 tsp cornstarch 2 tsp water Make a paste of the cornflour and water Add that in paste  Add the fried baby corn Garnish with spring Onion

Broccoli Omelette

Recipe:- 1 & 1/2 cup broccoli (Divide the broccoli into inflorescence) Soak for 5 min in boiling water Filter water and cut into think fine pieces Keep aside On mixing bowl Add 2 nos eggs Add fine chopped broccoli 1/2 cup chopped spring Onion 1/2 cup chopped big Onion 1 nos chopped green chili 1 tsp salt Mix well using a fork to get fluffy mixture Heat pan 1 tsp oil Pour mixed stuff (The pan must be on medium heat while pouring) Spread well Cook for 5-8 minutes on low flame Add little more oil through the sides Flip the stuff Cook another 5 mins on low flame Take out the broccoli Omelette cut like  pizza slice and serve. Chana Masala | Chole Masala

Recipe:- soaked white chana - 150g Add Required water Salt Cook for 5 whistle in low flame Cooked well & keep aside On pan 3/4 tsp pepper 1 tsp cumin seeds 3/4 tsp fennel seeds 1 bay leaf 3 to 5 small cinnamon stick 7 cloves 2 cardamom Roast for a min Cool down and grind to a powder Keep aside On pan 3 tsp oil Paste of 2 onions 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 half cutted green chili Saute well Paste of two medium size tomato Saute well 1 tsp chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder 2 pinch Termerric powder Salt Saute till raw smells goes Add cooked chana Add ground powder Cook for 5 - 7 mins in low flame Few coriander leaves Mix well & switch off the flame

Egg Scarmbled Aval

Recipe:- 1 cup of Aval Dry roast in 3 mins Keep aside Heat pan 1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp of butter 1/2 tsp mustard seed Few curry leaves 1 small fine chopped onion 1/4 cup green beans 1/4 cup carrot Salt as required Add roasted Aval Add 1/2 cup water Salt as required Mix well Add egg and scramble Mix well with aval 2 pinch pepper powder Few coriander leaves Switch off the flame and serve Recipe video link

Recipe video Link Recipe:- To Prepare Poornam Heat pan 1 tsp ghee 1 cup grated coconut 1/2 cup jaggery Small pinch cardamom powder Saute well on low flame for 3 mins Off the flame and keep aside   To Prepare kollukattai 2 cup rice flour 2 cup  hot water 1 tsp ghee Mix well  Make it thick consistency Take a small amount  Put poornam inside  Roll and cover Put it on idly vessel for 9 to 10 mins Take out from idly vessel and serve
