Watch YouTube vedio - நாட்டுகோழி குழம்பு Recepie : 2 tsp oil 12 small onion 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp fennel 1/4 pepper 10 garlic gloves Saute well on low flame Keep aside Ground to a thick paste 1 1/2 inch ginner Coconut Grind to a fine paste 3 tsp groundnut Oil 1 chopped tomoto 5 chopped small onion Saute wel Add 750g country chicken 1/2 tsp Termerric 1 tsp Salt Saute well 1 1/2 tsp chilly powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp karam masala powder Add ground pastes Saute well Add little water as required for curry Mix well and check salt for taste Cook for 10 whistle Switch off and keep aside On pan 2 tsp gingelly oil 1 bay leaf 1 patta 2 clove 1 kalpasana poo Few curry leaves 1 tsp mustard 1/2 tsp fennal Saute and pour it in cooked curry Naatukozhi kuzhambu ready to serve with idly Notes : Same procedure for mutton and chicken this same curry taste For mutton - cook for 6 whistle Fir chicken - cook for 3 whistle
