Watch YouTube video:  Paal Bun In mixie 2 tbl - sugar 3 - cardamom Grind to a fine powder In bowl 1 cup - maida (approx.150g) Add ground sugar powder 1/4 tsp - Baking soda Mix well 5 tbl - curd 1/2 tsp - ghee (or oil) Mix well Add Little water Make it sticky thick consistency Leave it for 30 mins For Sugar Syrup: 1 cup - sugar 1/2 cup - water Boil till sticky consistency (5 to 7 min) Keep aside Heat oil Make a round shaped ball and fry Fry in medium flame Deep fry till golden brown Put it hot syrup for 3 mins

Check the YouTube video -  Fish Fry   On small bowl add below incredients 1 1/2 tsp - chilly powder 1 tsp - kasmeriri chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp - coriander powder 1/2 tsp - turmeric  1/2 tsp - karam masala 1/2 tsp - pepper powder 1/2 tsp - fennal powder 2  tsp - ginger garlic paste Few chopped curry leaves Half lemon juice 2 tsp - corn flour 1 tsp - rice flour Required salt Mix well 1 tsp Oil Add Little water & mix well Make a thick paste Fish 1 kg(Black pomfret) Apply well Leave it for 2 hours (Atleast 30 min in fridge) On non stick tawa 4 tbl spoon coconut oil Fry till golden brown in medium flame both sides  Garnish with curry leaves or coriander leaves
